Documents

Headmaster can generate native Office documents — decks, spreadsheets, reports, and PDFs — directly on your machine. No cloud conversion, no external services. The files are real, editable, and ready to share.

Document types

The Writer and The Storyteller specialists create .pptx files with:
  • Editable slides (real PowerPoint shapes and text — not screenshots).
  • Smooth morph transitions between slides.
  • Speaker notes.
  • Themes and layouts.
Example prompt:
The agent generates the .pptx file, the preview panel shows a slide-by-slide preview, and the file is saved to your project folder.

How document generation works

1

Agent writes content

The agent writes the document content in a structured format.
2

Local engine converts

Headmaster’s local document engine converts it to the native Office format (.pptx, .xlsx, .docx). No cloud services — your content never leaves your machine for this step.
3

File saved

The file is saved to your project folder.
4

Preview opens

The preview panel opens automatically to show the result.

Editing generated documents

In the preview panel

For Markdown, code, and HTML — edit directly in the preview and save changes with Cmd/Ctrl + S.

In your native app

Open the file in PowerPoint, Excel, or Word. It’s a standard Office document — all native editing features work.
After making external edits, the agent can re-read the file and continue working with the updated content.

File management

Browse, organize, and manage files in your project folder.
